Shipping Policies

To ensure that you receive the freshest product your cookie request is baked to order. Since our cookies are made with the freshest ingredients and do not contain any preservatives, most cookies should be consumed within 5 - 7 days.

• Barring any unforeseen circumstances, once ordered your cookies are made and shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of holidays and abnormally busy times.  
  
  
• Cookies are usually  shipped Monday through Wednesday. Any orders received Thursday through Saturday will be shipped  beginning on the following Monday.
  
  
• Any orders received on Sunday will be shipped beginning the following Tuesday.
  
  

• Larger orders take more time, please plan accordingly and contact us directly for a shipping date by calling 336-497-1327.
  
  

• Not all of our cookies are available for shipping. However, they can be ordered and delivered locally. Please contact us to make those arrangements or click here to see when we are in your neighborhood.
  
  

• We ship Monday-Wednesday using USPS Priority mail which usually arrives with in 2 -3 days. If you need expedited shipping for your cookies or  delivered by a specific, please contact us directly for other shipping options.
